At Nexus, we offer a variety of group training sessions, to get you working towards your goals with the rest of our tight-knit community. Some of the available sessions include:

FULL BODY XPRESS

Work your entire body fast! These full body, 30 minute sessions burn fat and build strength and are always great fun!
** 9:30AM Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday **

BOX N' BURN

This boxing and fitness, calorie burning combo is a fun way to get the blood pumping!
** 9:30am Wednesday **

THE P.M. XPRESS

This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) evening workout is just like the Full Body Xpress for those who can't make it in the morning!
** 6:30PM Monday and Thursday **

Stretching on the field

PILATES

Strengthen and lengthen your muscles in this full body mat Pilates class. Great for core strength and Posture too!

CLUB 55 +

Stay forever strong, young and fabulous! Designed for members 55+ this workout will have you feeling energised, motivated and ready to take on the world!
